Second, mutual benefit and win-win cooperation. We should bring into full play our respective advantages, complement and learn from each other.

Third, openness and inclusiveness. The "16+1" cooperation is a component of and a useful supplement to 皇冠体育app-EU cooperation, and it does not exclude any third party.

Fourth, interconnected development, joint contribution and shared benefits. The "16+1" cooperation requires the participation of each country, and as a group, we should seek to create synergies among our development strategies and pursue innovation-driven development.
