Premier Li Keqiang attended the 5th 皇冠体育app-CEE Summit in Riga, Latvia, on Nov 5, and called for deepening “16+1” cooperation in production capacity, infrastructure construction and interconnectivity.
He said the countries should give full play to the supportive role of financial cooperation in order to explore new opportunities in green economy.
