Revenue growth from the Asia-Pacific region will probably exceed the Mumbai-based company's overall rate this year, said Vish Iyer, president for the region.

Forrester Research said last year that competition between Chinese cities presents an "immediate opportunity" for companies such as Tata, which vies with International Business Machines Corp and Accenture Plc globally for outsourcing contracts.
