Qingyuan Huaqing Recycling Industrial Park, located in Qingyuan, Guangdong province, commenced operation in July 14, 2014. The park primarily engages in recycling and safe disposal of electronic products. The process of recycling is referred to as "city ". For example, a total of 3.5 kilograms of plastic, 1.4 kg steel, 0.6 kg of copper and 0.1 kg aluminum can be recovered from a single television set. Recycling 50 million pieces whiteware can produce over 250 tons copper, steel and aluminum.
